Our Primary Objectives

Nirmol Bangladesh aims to unlock the potential of youth, give them opportunities to shine, recognize their talents and achievements and help them shape the future of the nation.

To run, support and administer programs in key sectors like human rights, women and children’s issues, environment, climate, oceanography, marine resources, fisheries, and natural resources utilization.
To initiate action research in the field of environment, health, education, human resource development, gender mainstreaming, population planning, and resource management.
To identify the constraints faced due to flood and other natural calamities and undertake programs aiming at solving those, extending hands for overall co-operation for the safety of lives and property during disasters.
To raise awareness among the common people regarding different pandemics, infections, and non-infectious diseases to reduce the risk of life.
To work on sustainable development activities, like eco-tourism, eco-transportation, eco-urbanization, and eco-industrialization.
To organize vocational and other income generating related training for students and community people, running training courses through the participation of stakeholders.

Our Approach & Strategy

Our first approach towards sustainable development is through the empowerment of youth and backward village people. We believe the core of the problem is the scarcity of right jobs for the right people, making the creation of youth opportunity for our young generation our first priority. We are currently working in the following sectors:

Education Enhancement Conducting free classes, seminars, and workshops.

Employment & Skill Develop Giving training, motivation, internship opportunities, and leadership practices.

Scientific Advancement Organizing science fairs, research projects, and providing scholarships.

Environment & Climate Change Focusing on tree plantation, ocean awareness, and environmental cleanness.

Disaster Management Distributing warm clothes, relief, and providing medical help to affected communities.

Agriculture & Farmers Offering free training and organizing village campaigns.
