🌍 World Ocean Day Celebrations
World Ocean Day is a cornerstone of our annual advocacy calendar. Our celebrations combine academic insight with grassroots activism to spotlight ocean conservation. In 2023, we proudly organized a massive joint rally and seminar with the Department of Oceanography and Hydrography of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University, bringing together over 350 participants.

🏖️ Beach Cleaning & Coastal Conservation
Starting with hands-on conservation efforts at Saint Martin Island in 2021, our beach cleaning programs were designed to combat marine plastic pollution in key coastal ecosystems. Recognizing the need for sustainable behavioral change, we have since expanded these efforts into interactive tourist and community awareness campaigns along Cox's Bazar, tackling the root causes of environmental degradation.

🦟 Dengue Awareness Campaigns
Acknowledging the deep connection between environmental health and public safety, Nirmol Bangladesh has actively conducted Dengue Awareness campaigns. By engaging local communities and student volunteers, these campaigns focus on destroying mosquito breeding grounds, promoting neighborhood cleanliness, and distributing informational resources to prevent outbreaks during vulnerable seasons.
