Laying the Groundwork
Q3 2025 (Jul - Sep)The year kicks off with the launch of our Internship Program, the Trishnatur publication cycle, and the Climate Youth Leaders Fellowship. We'll also hold vital trainings on research and data collection, culminating in the EcoBlue Carnival.
Building Momentum
Q4 2025 (Oct - Dec)This quarter focuses on specialized skills with GIS & Remote Sensing training. Community outreach expands with Ocean Literacy Workshops and our Sustainable Agriculture & Fisheries Campaign. We'll also publish our Mid-Year Impact Report.
Deepening Impact
Q1 2026 (Jan - Mar)The new year begins with staff development through MEAL training and team building. Marine conservation takes center stage with the 'Coral Guardians' training, alongside advanced data analysis training and the Eco-solution Idea Competition.
Strategic Culmination
Q2 2026 (Apr - Jun)The fiscal year concludes with high-level strategic activities, including Disaster Risk Reduction workshops, a major National Conference on Climate Change, and our Annual General Meeting. The Annual Report and Central Audit finalize the year.

Our research initiatives form the backbone of evidence-based climate solutions in Bangladesh. We publish cutting-edge scientific articles through Trishnatur, build the capacity of early career researchers with specialized training, and foster national dialogue on climate policy through our National Conference.
