Into the Sundarbans: A Five-Day Scientific Expedition for Coastal Water Quality Monitoring
A five-member research team from Nirmol Bangladesh is conducting a five-day GEM-in-a-Box water-quality monitoring expedition across Mongla, Joymoni, and Shoronkhola in the Sundarbans. Using CTD, Niskin Sampler, spectrophotometer, MiniDOT, and other portable instruments, the team is collecting depth-specific samples and analyzing key water-quality parameters to better understand the health of the Sundarbans aquatic ecosystem.
